Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary

My name is Saba Iqbal. I have my Masters in Mental Health Counseling with a current Limited License Permit. I help anyone who is struggling with challenges like behavioral issues, ADHD, bipolar disorder, low self-esteem, trauma, depression, or attachment difficulties? These struggles can affect both personal well-being and family relationships, making it difficult to move forward. Whether the concerns arise at school, work, home, or elsewhere, I offer a compassionate, judgment-free space where individuals of all ages can safely explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we can identify the best path toward healing and help you or your child develop the skills to face life’s challenges with confidence.
